Commendation Run (Heroics)

The purpose of this guide is to share my experiences with farming Basic Commendations for those moments (which seem far too often) when you need them to do mod upgrades to your character’s, or their companion’s custom gear.

I’ve listed the missions in the order that I run them myself, but by no means do you have to follow my order.  I simply chose this route in order to save a little time and/or taxi costs.  All of these missions should be fairly easily soloed by anyone who has reached 10 levels above the mission’s level, and who have reasonably updated gear.

Hoth	Levels 37 – 41
As with all missions on Hoth, you will run your caboose off getting to the mission location. After accepting each mission, hopping a speeder to the next outpost to the east before you head out to the mission objective area will help reduce some travel time. Also, if you have the legacy perks open to reduce Quick Travel’s cooldown to 10 minutes, this will be a huge help in speeding these missions up as well.

Voss	Levels 44 – 47
Completing these missions on Voss will not only reward you with the Basic Commendations, but each will give reputation trophies that you can use toward gaining Voss faction.
Special Note:  I’ve included the weekly here since it consists of all four of the dailies to complete.  If you are going to do them all, might as well stop at the Cantina and grab this one for the extra 10 Basic Commendations and large faction trophies (x2) it will give you too.
